Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 7:30 am–1 pm. It is closed on Tuesday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (657) 535-9249. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, juucafe.com.

Long Beach is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Long Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

the coco cloud latte was so good! It was smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced...not too sweet and super refreshing😌 Definitely one of the best iced coffees I’ve had, and I’ll be ordering it again!

Tried the coco cloud matcha and can say I haven’t tried this type of matcha before and it was absolutely delicious! Can say it’s girlfriend approved and the owners are extremely nice and really receptive to their patrons ! 10/10 would recommend this place if you’re in the area and look for a cool cozy pop up cafe!

If you’re someone who enjoys supporting small, locally owned businesses over big chain stores, this coffee shop is definitely worth a visit. You can feel the difference right away—the drinks are made with real care and attention, not rushed or automated. There’s a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax, whether you’re meeting a friend or just taking a quiet break. The local vibe adds a personal touch you just don’t get at larger franchises. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again.

I tried a couple drinks and each one was amazing. The matcha is some of the best I’ve had anywhere. My go to is always a strawberry matcha but the owner was so nice and talked to me about the menu and helped me try something new. The coco cloud matcha was soooo good and glad she helped me chose it! Definitely a nice place to hang out with friends or on a solo date - quiet so you can study, read, or journal.
